  We had an excellent stay - the staff were so helpful, polite and personable. Our room was prepared with an extra bed as requested, it was comfortable, clean, good size and well decorated. The food was excellent, lovely to sit in the bar with the pianist playing beautifully and it was super to use the leisure facilities. - our room was spotless as ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » was the whole hotel. on our day of departure there was a problem on one of the motorways reception staff helped us plan a different route home .we will stay at the connaught again and recommend hotel to family and friends

  polite and helpfull staff who would go out of their way to assist and room service at 1am was excellent. - good carparking, excellent suite of rooms with sea view at front of hotel which was an unexpected bonus

  The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. - This hotel was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful when we asked about the local area. The hotel itself was comfortable and the added bonus off free use of the pool, sauna and leisure facilities mean we will definitely return.
