  We stayed one Sunday night in the hotel in late August, to avoid having to drive on the bank holiday Monday to Butlins where we were having a longer break. We checked in with the most welcoming, helpful and informative receptionist I've ever encountered in a hotel. Although on the seafront, the hotel was situated at the quiet end of Bognor with a park close by. Spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. Excellent ensuite facilities which included a 'walk-in' shower. Plenty of staff always in attendance and more than willing to help, if necessary.
