Room was spacious and very comfy. Slept like a log with no noise at all seeing as in the town centre. Quick walk to the centre and close to the river and the attractions in titanic quarter. Food was delicious and good value for money. On a recent trip to Stratford upon Avon we had a meal and ordered a side order of onion rings for £2.49 - on arrival there were 3!!! We refused to pay and sent them back. At the PI the menu offered 3 side dishes for just £2.99 - we had 10 onion rings, 6 chicken w.
kaikki arvostelut » Your Bonita was amazing. She was polite, pleasant, very helpful. To have such a person working at the front desk, we can say that this hotel on Alred Street is always busy. Can we say, that as we both work with Customer Services in our respective jobs that we feel that Bonita is an asset that should be given an opportunity to broaden her horizons with The Premier Inn Group. Lastly all your other staff were courteous at all times. Your training programme is definitely working. We will return so. My daughter and I stayed here for two nights recently, while on a shopping expedition to Belfast. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and that our wellbeing and comfort was important to the staff. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and safe. We also had tea and coffee making facilities. The location of this hotel is brilliant as it is conveniently adjacent to all the major shopping areas. All in all, a most enjoyable experience. We were very pleasantly surprised at the unusually lovely welcoming atmosphere for a very busy city hotel. The staff made it feel more like a country house hotel with great attention to everyone. Eoin should be very proud of the way in which he obviously motivates his staff to be as warm and caring in their treatment of customers as he is. We will certainly recommend this Premier Inn and will stay here again. I liked everything about this hotel. It was typical of the quality I have come to expect from Premier Inn hotels. Everything from the incredibly friendly staff, spotlessly clean room, excellent food and great facilities made this a great hotel for our family to spend the weekend. I could waste money on a 5 star hotel by why would I when Premier Inns offer as much. I would highly recommend this hotel. location is only a 5-10minute walk from the city centre and is within walking distance from belfast central station. traveled from dublin by train and found the hotel with ease by walking fom the station . didnt have anything to eat so cant comment on the food available. location is on a quiet street so hardly any noise at night time. thsi hotel is suitable for a one to two night stay in the city. The location was just perfect as we were visiting the Titanic Exhibition. The staff were absolutely superb. Premier Inn (Alfred Street) really represents very good value for money. While there we had breakfast and evening dinner and the quality of the food was excellent as was the friendly service from all concerned. I must say that their beds are very, very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and chatty - went to see Springsteen and we had many a blether with the staff. Amongst the best I've seen in a hotel - unpretentious lot! And the breakfast was fine - poached eggs and vegetarian sausages freshly done and delivered with a laugh! Easy wander to the centre. Great Hotel in a central location and very helpful staff. Was expecting to park our rental car at a nearby parking facility, but the very nice lady at reception told us that since Saturday and Sunday was free street parking, we could park until Monday 9am for £1. Also extracted some helpful tourist locations. Nice atmosphere in the reception/dining area. Good 80's and modern music at a volume which was enough to create atmosphere without impinging in any way on conversation. Very clean and a 'new' feel to the furniture etc Staff showed genuine good humour and friendliness. Room was lovely and comfortable. This was the best budget hotel I have ever stayed in. the staff were excellent,I was really bowled over. I stay in Belfast a few times a month and have never had service like this. Clean,friendly,excellent breakfast, great room.2 mins from city hall! a new firm favourite for me. The reception was out on her own. Benito had everything done in no time. The booking had been sent wrong to them but within 5 minutes she had it sorted and all done with a smile and openness. Breakfast staff was efficient and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone. The staff were very efficient & friendly. Very willing to please, answered all our queries without "battting an eyelid" We were really pleased with the service. Breakfast was very nice, we had two children with us and they thoroughly enjoyed their choice of breakfast. My stay in premier Inn was very relaxing!!..Staff on reception were so helpful @friendly I requested a quiet room..and I got one on 8th floor. Slept sound.. I will return its location is great..5minute walk to Victoria square!! All you can eat Breakfast was so good!!. i had a sick child and they were very very attentive to us for all our needs excellent staff lovely warm welcome when arriving and more so when leaving staff made sure we had enough of everything to make our child childs journey as comfortable as we could. Parked easily, underground carpark next door and free on street overnight and Sunday.I intend to book this hotel for my next visit to Belfast. Very good value. The rooms are spatious and clean, and beds comfortable. The hotel, located opposite to a fancy, charming church is five minutes walk to the city centre and about as much to the central railway station. There is a nice reaturant on the ground floor. Easy walking distance for odysey for concerts.Staff ie Shauna was so plesent couldnt do enough to help with enquiries.We had a great night out and service all round was first class I will be using this again when im staying over in belfast. The staff at this hotel were so pleasant and helpful, could you do enough for you, nicest staff I have come across for a long time. Would highly recommend staying here, and I will certainly stay here again on any future trips to Belfast. First time in Belfast stayed in the premier inn attended all Ireland dancing in the waterfront so hotel was very close to venue hotel very clean staff very friendly and helpful breakfast lovely couldn't fault the hotel we will be back. Easy to find. Friendly staff. Nice bar/restaurant area. Excellent value breakfast, 2 kids eat free if 1 adult opts for full breakfast. There is no restriction on what or how much the kids can eat. Menu in restaurant looks god too. Very central location. Was travelling alone with 3 small children and staff were very accomadating and checked us in first which was fantastic! Choice at breakfast was also excellent and the kids eating free was a huge bonus. Very friendly staff, I was up in Belfast for business and was very well looked after by the staff, the food was good and my room was spacious and comfortable (I slept like a baby, very quiet hotel). Premier - you should be very proud of her. I like the comfort of the room and the delicious breakfast in the morning. The bar at night was a very relaxing spot to spend the evening. Staff where very friendly and helpful, beds and bedding where amazing was best nights sleep have had in a long time, have actually been trying to source the bedding to purchase some off my own lol. Staff were very helpful, allowed us to book in an hour early without fuss, allotted top floor room with view across the city to H&W cranes etc. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Very family friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable as you expect in Premier Inn. Kids ate free for breakfast. from the friendly staff on arrival nothing was a problem and had all the information at hand when asked. Staff a credit to the hotel and best asset. There was nothing that I didn't like!. Nothing!. only stayed one night so cannot comment on any negative side to the hotel . Only tiny thing was the air conditioning was too noisy to sleep with on - but how often would I need air conditioning in Belfast?? If it's hot, put it on before you go out!!. Service a little slow in the restaurant on the second night. nothing to complain about. As the weather was warm the Bedroom was very hot and air conditioning unit was very noisy. However, here again the staff were very helpful and provided oversheets instead of duvets. only thing i didnt like was the parking our car no cars park at hand. My room was on the last floor and was noisy at evenings (lift machinery?). The hotel is pretty ordinary. There is really nothing special about it - you won't be lured to come back. Would have liked if there was shampoo /conditioner in the bathroom !. Aircon in bedroom was very noisy, so I had to turn it off. But then the room was too warm. Only got 3 hours sleep due to a very hard bed and ultimately a very sore back! So frustrating cause the kids slept great. Wifi not always working, even when paying. We had a very noisy air conditioning unit (don't get me wrong it was great to have it and we left it on when we went out) but it was way too noisy to leave on through the night and as a result the room got very hot (had window open but we were at the front so was too noisy) that is my one and only complaint. No car parking facilities for the hotel premises. The system to get in thru the door at night wasn't great My fiancée ended up being hit by the doors as the closed on her , but that my only critiscm. They shouldn't advertise that they provide wi-fi when it is clearly hit or miss. Unable to access from anywhere in the hotel on Thursday night. No problem the following morning. We have no complaints, will definitely be back. Small gripe but the parking...was advised to park at end of street for cheapest place, which is fine. But was not informed that the machines only accept coins, no notes or cards to pay, which means I had to walk back to hotel to get the £7:50 change needed to pay for 24 hours parking, then going back the next day to update it for another 24 hours. Small gripe sure, but would of been useful to know the change situation beforehand. My wife ordered a baby bowl for our 13month old son and waited 50mins for it. It cost £4.50 and was not very warm when recieved. It has no car park so it#s hard to carry luggage (and kids) into the hotel, and in rainy days people surely get very wet! The closest car park (next door) is very expensive so it would be good if the hotel could have some arrangement with the car park to get a good discount to its guests!. nothing at all, everytihgn was great. Hotel has no parking. There's paid parking at the end of the street, that's few hundred meters walk, parking on the street is available for couple hours only. Vending machine snacks in bar. Bed was standard double (Premier Inn at Edinburgh Laurieston place have super-king beds,....STARFISH CENTRAL!! :-). nothing everything was good. The toilet had to be flushed more than once for one visit. No room safe.
