Please note that if a credit card is declined when booking, guests are requested not to contact the property directly. You must show a valid photo ID and the credit card used for booking upon check-in. A valid photo ID must be provided for all guests, via e-mail or fax prior to arrival in order to confirm the booking. Guests paying with credit cards must use their own card to pay for the room or the booking will be cancelled. Email and mobile numbers will be required for all guests prior to arrival. If a guest has a visitor they will not be permitted entry after 20:00. This is to avoid extra guests staying the night free of charge. It is GBP 20 extra for a visitor to stay the night but this must be paid by credit card before 20:00 when the reception closes. Please let Barking Guest House know your expected arrival time and a contact e-mail address in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Please note, check-in is strictly from 17:00 until 20:00. If you expect to arrive after this time, please inform the property in advance in order to avoid disappointment. Late check-in will incur a charge. Late check-in, early check-in and late check-out are available upon prior arrangement and a surcharge is applicable. A refundable security deposit of GBP 100 per room is pre-authorised by credit card prior to arrival. Please note that the guest house does not accept payment by cash or cheque. Please note that any required extra beds should be requested before arriving at the guest house.
