I was really looking forward to the breakfast & on letsbookhotel.com was
only offered the 'Premier' breakfast... Accepting this it was a
shambles. It was not properly explained that we had to order the hot
food but everything else we could get for ourselves. What happened is
that we waited for an unreasonable amount of time, & I didn't
consider it to be busy at the time; also the hot breakfast that was
ordered was incorrect. It tasted good, but I was very disappointed. kaikki arvostelut »
Rooms a third bigger than we imagined and recently refurbished. Heating efficient and responsive. Restaurant Staff extremely helpful and kind to my 90 year old Mum who was with us in another room. Did toast etc for us and really looked, after us despite cafe being very busy.
The Staff, particularly the manager when I checked in and one of the ladies who was serving in the restaurant when I ate my evening meal and breakfast the next morning, were very friendly, helpful and professional.
The initial greeting was excellent,The fact that they changed their bar
times and provided food late at night due to the nature of the event
we(and a substantial amount of other guests) were attending,The bathroom.
There were some minor issues which were resolved very quickly. The staff
were extremely understanding when we had to leave prematurely due to
serious family illness.
Very efficient check in. Got our rooms ready early so that we could get ready for a wedding. Rooms practical and spacious. Beds very comfy. Excellent breakfast.
Front desk staff outstanding, extremely helpful and welcoming, went beyond their duties.
Loved the restaurant, the food, open doors when weather is nice.
The receptionist leant us some safety pins for a broken dress and had an
emergency box of items which was a life saver for my daughters new dress.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent as was the service. The family room was very good, comfortable and clean.
Staff very helpful. Lounge was very well decorated and welcoming. Bedroom was fine for over night. Hairdryer worked really good.
I found all your staff that I came in contact very polite and helpful. Especially your restarurant staff.
the restaurant was clean the staff friendly A good choice on menu and good value for money.
The few staff we met and spoke with were fantastic, our room inside was
outstanding.
Usual premier inn standards which are functional and convenient.
It was very pleasant the staff were wonderful and helpful.
Room clean, food OK, staff courteous and tried their best.
Good food (breakfast)

Most things about the accomodation and the staff.

It is convenient to my son and his family.

We were put in the farthest rooms away from reception although hotel not at Ll busy. Wondered if this was automatically done by computer but meant a long hike and up stairs with luggage. Seemed unnecessary problem especially for my 90 year old mum.
No lift to avoid the stairs a real issue.
Some of the staff blatantly didn't want 'us' there - despite
the majority of the hotel consisting of 'us' - which is a shame
because leading up to our stay we were contacted asking why we were
staying and then be offered late night bars etc .. I think the whole
team should have got on board and left their prejudices at home before
starting their shift . and the blackout curtains did not work - Halo at
5am .. not welcome.
Nothing.
Bathroom was abit dated and the TV was prehistoric!.
Location, difficult to walk to town since it is at an interstate, but not too far by taxi.
Smell in our room and hallway , a very particular smell, may be a cleaning product or ....a little too strong.
When we arrived it took a while to book in and we had a tight turnaround
to leave for a wedding the receptionsit seemed very surly but she was
also the same lady who helped us with the safety pins and seemed to have
tranformed into a much happier and helpfull person.
No shampoo to wash my hair . The soap made my skin itchy.
Couldn't get internet connection.
We asked reception if they could ask the contractors in rooms 33 and 32
to stop smoking in the corridor outside our room on two occasions, they
had no control over them, we waited nearly an hour for our breakfast
Sunday morning only to be told they forgot to put our order through, we
had to leave without breakfast :-(.
Brewers Fayre for eating is poor and I would think twice before staying again at a Premier Inn attached to one of these.
It was hard to find in the dark.
The food was just ok.
Its expensive
But worst of all its too hot our room was 32 deg and we could not sleep even when we were given a cotton sheet to sleep under.
Not enough staff in restaurant at peak time, so despite trying hard they were unable to keep up with thirsty, hungry guests.
No proper Ale in the bar.
Probably our fault but did not notice that food orders had to be made at the bar so sat for 20 minutes hoping for the waitress who seated us to take our order. The note about bar orders was on the menu but easily missed as one looks at a menu for food and wine not how to order. Also a few days earlier we stayed at the Premier Inn at Burton and received waitress service so assume all PI's were the same: seems a reasonable assumption.
Seemed a bit dated for the price.
The seating in the bar area was limited. We were with a party of over 6 and had difficulty finding somewhere to sit before and after our meal.
Couldn't change the heating settings in the room.
Breakfast could be better.
Bathrooms look a bit dated.
Problems getting a late drink, when it advertises a 24 hr bar.
Room was very cold had to wait for room warm up before we could take our coats off.
