Set in a Georgian town house in the market town of Arundel, this bed and breakfast provides full English breakfasts which are served in the conservatory overlooking the garden. Free Wi-Fi access and a private bathroom are included in each room. Antique shops, restaurants and bars are all within 5 minutes’ walk of Byass House. Arundel Castle is less than 10 minutes’ walk away. Climping beach is 4 miles from the property and offers water sports such as windsurfing and sailing. Chichester city centre can be reached after a 20-minute drive. A TV, an armchair and tea and coffee making facilities are also included in each traditionally furnished room at Byass House. BBQ facilities and an outdoor seating area are available for guests to use. Hot drinks can be enjoyed in the elegant lounge area.

Sally greeted us with a warm friendly smile as she invited us into her beautiful home. Our room was amazing so spacious and very comfortable together with Tea and Coffee making facilities. Breakfast consisted of Yoghurts, Toast, Marmalade and Jams, Fresh Orange Juice, Fruit, Tea and Coffee all of which were served in the Conservatory overlooking Sally's beautiful garden. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would strongly reccommend Byass House as a must stay B and B.
kaikki arvostelut » The owner is a lovely lady who has taken loving care of her property. The breakfast was fantastic and the room was magnificent with books and games if we ever got bored. It was pleasure to stay there and hopefully we will return next year. Lovely house with a nice garden. We really enjoyed Arundel - the shops were very individual, and the restaurants were generally very good. The castle is worth visiting if a bit pricey. The seaside is only about 20 minutes drive away. Very friendly and accomodating. we had to get up early as I was taking part in a cycle event, our host Was gracious enough to getup extra early to make our breakfast. The house was fantastically presented. A fantastic stay!. Very comfortable bed. Congenial host. Very close proximity to all shops,bars, and restaurants etc. I can honestly say I had no disslikes at all. Parking is a bit difficult - you can't park directly outside the house so you may have to be a couple of streets away. Nothing. No parking immediately outside, but we managed to find a space nearby. Not an issue for us at all, but it could be for some, if mobility is an issue. (Arundel is on a hill!). Nothing - would definitely stay here again!. For two tall persons the bed is a bit small, but that's a minor note. Parking can be difficult. The bed was rather narrow, soft and springy which is fine is there is only one person sleeping in it but not so good for two!. N en-suite bathroom although it was next door.Having a room with too many personal items in from the host.
