  Peace and quiet. This was our first experience in a Hilton Hotel. Regretably we could not stay for breakfast as our flight was leaving early morning.   From the moment Douglas picked me up from the airport I knew I was in good hands . I had no idea that the drive to the beautifully appointed house would be through Hatfield Heath and would involve seeing deer ,pheasant , rabbits and a hare !
