  staff - Just went straight there at 9pm and left at 5am. The service to collect me from the station and take me to the airport was really good. Johnny on reception who collected me was polite, friendly and very efficient.

  honest staff, 3 pound for transport to the airport is resonable price. - The hotel is very nice and clean, and it makes you really feel at ease! The owner is a lovely person: very welcoming! Finally, the continental breackfast is more than fulfilling and the lifts from and to the airport are note expensive at all.

  From the moment Douglas picked me up from the airport I knew I was in good hands . I had no idea that the drive to the beautifully appointed house would be through Hatfield Heath and would involve seeing deer ,pheasant , rabbits and a hare !   My 2 children and I found the cottage very welcoming and comfortable. Miles and Christine are great hosts. We had a private living room with coal fire burning stove next to the bedroom. In the morning Christine prepared a delicious continental breakfast in the living room just for us.   Hotel management were very helpful and attentive. We had a pleasant andenjoyable stay and would choose this hotel again if we visit the area inthe future - The owners were brilliant. They were flexible, accommodating and friendly and gave great service. The food was really tasty and the restaurant was tasteful and relaxing.
