The shuttle bus service was great-- cheap and very regular. It seemed
like everytime we were in the lobby, there was a bus out front waiting
for passengers. We took the Stansted Express into London 2 days in a row
and it was extremely easy. One night we got back to Stansted very late
and were pleased to discover the shuttle bus runs until 1 A.M., so we
had no trouble getting back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly.

I was here to attend a wedding a few miles away and so none of your above categories fit at all so I had to pick a box and chose mountains as this is the most unsuitable.The staff were very helpful and although I arrived before official check in time I( was able to check in straightaway. It was a hot day but the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly.The helpful receptionist phoned for a taxi for me.

Our room was spotlessly clean & very comfortable. The bed & bedding were superb. We really enjoyed our evening meal, which is several cuts above 'pub grub'. The breakfast was especially good, with a wide range of choices, like the delicious Eggs Florentine I had. The service was very efficient and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The settin is a perfect example of an English village with a village green, & was very peaceful.

it is a beautiful hotel that has fantastic staff and a really nice atmostphere. You felt as if you was at home. - The staff were exceptionally friendly and made it feel very welcoming and the breakfast was outstanding. Whether it was an extra slice of toast, a late night drink or calling us a cab, every request was met with a smile.
