  everyting was firs class from checking in tochecking out. The staff look after us very polite and made sure our stay was comfortable .   The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find.
