  I warmed to the whole ambience of the hotel - from the attractive reception area to the welcome retreat of a clean, comfortable room with excellent bathroom facilities. I wasn't hassled by staff but they were there to help if needed - pleasant too. The garden views were attractive.   An absolute joy to stay in; for the price it was fantastic, so much so I will always try to book my time in Hull there! 5 mins walk from the good part of the town. - It's cosy, clean, excellent value and there is so much to eat for breakfast it could keep you going 'till tea.
