All very good, ideal for an over night airport stay, allthough I would have been quite happy staying longer. I have stayed in other airport hotels in the area and this was much better than my last hotel!! - I only stayed to sleep after a 24 hour journey and found it clean and tidy with no fuss ,which was what i wanted.

The staff were very friendly and very willing to help in every way. The King size bed was extremely comfortable and the location was great. The Hopper shuttle service was very convenient and punctual and had us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport

Very convenient for Terminal 5 just a few minutes walk to the bus which
takes you to the door of the hotel.about 10 mins or less, good welcome
easy to find. In a pretty village (before someone plonked an airport
next door) pubs and couple of shops. Early morning local high class taxi
firm took me to airport in 6 minutes for reasonable cost. Plus you can
smoke just outside your room if you book a terrace! Frankly I would
charge more but don't tell them that.

Excellent value for money. For what you pay you get a good basic room with Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. I stayed in the budget room with shared bathroom, but never had to wait to use the bathroom at all. The bed was adequately comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent, really good Full English.
There are no evening meals served in the hotel itself but there are plenty of local restaurants and takeaways.
Staff are polite and very helpful.
I've since been back twice.

I tried hard to identify a BandB type accommodation, rather than a big impersonal hotel, close to Heathrow. Very satisfying on both counts. Lovely furnishings and garden, easy transport access. We got lost trying to find the hotel, we called Dean and he helped us find our way. Once there, he carried our bags to our room for us and immediately offered us beverages. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a towel warmer and the TV was large with many viewing options. The staff were all polite. The price was so reasonable I could not believe the accomadations for the price I paid. - Very comfortable room and very tasty food in the bar. Hoppa bus to terminal 5 convenience and ease of use

A big plus for me personally was no radiators,instead large air conditioner that meant you chose your temperature not the hotel.
Another big plus very quiet room very well double glazed slept till 9 even though on busy road.

The staff was very friendly upon arrival. The Homestay is located a short walk from Hounslow Underground. Close to shops. Room was comfy and had a good night's sleep. The rain shower felt really good, perfect pressure. Free Wi-Fi. They serve breakfast and it smelled really good, but I did not have it there as I was visiting family ate out. I would definitely stay there again.
