It was excellent. I loved the newly renovated room. Everything worked sowell. I loved the bath tub and shower facilities, and the wonderful bedwith the duvet cover. The staff were very friendly and very willing to help in every way. The King size bed was extremely comfortable and the location was great. The Hopper shuttle service was very convenient and punctual and had us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport

Very convenient for Terminal 5 just a few minutes walk to the bus which
takes you to the door of the hotel.about 10 mins or less, good welcome
easy to find. In a pretty village (before someone plonked an airport
next door) pubs and couple of shops. Early morning local high class taxi
firm took me to airport in 6 minutes for reasonable cost. Plus you can
smoke just outside your room if you book a terrace! Frankly I would
charge more but don't tell them that.

Our Grandson loved the room view, directly across the road from the Concorde. Excellent value for money. For what you pay you get a good basic room with Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. I stayed in the budget room with shared bathroom, but never had to wait to use the bathroom at all. The bed was adequately comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent, really good Full English.
There are no evening meals served in the hotel itself but there are plenty of local restaurants and takeaways.
Staff are polite and very helpful.
I've since been back twice.
