had 2 rooms £35 each which was a bargain and the staff couldn't do

The cost was really good for a family of 4. The bathroom was pretty big. There were some vending machines just in case you wanted to buy a snack. The Costa coffee and the bar were really cosy. Breakfast was not amazing, just fine. No noise from outside but terrible from the corridor. Really confortable bed, although it was quite hard so someone may not like it. Staff really nice. I'd go back, for a night or for a week, as we stayed. Location was good as it was next to M25.

Excellent value for money. For what you pay you get a good basic room with Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. I stayed in the budget room with shared bathroom, but never had to wait to use the bathroom at all. The bed was adequately comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent, really good Full English.
There are no evening meals served in the hotel itself but there are plenty of local restaurants and takeaways.
Staff are polite and very helpful.
I've since been back twice.

I tried hard to identify a BandB type accommodation, rather than a big impersonal hotel, close to Heathrow. Very satisfying on both counts. Lovely furnishings and garden, easy transport access. We got lost trying to find the hotel, we called Dean and he helped us find our way. Once there, he carried our bags to our room for us and immediately offered us beverages. A big plus for me personally was no radiators,instead large air conditioner that meant you chose your temperature not the hotel.
