  We stayed with Bob and Karen for two nights ... only wish it had been longer! We arrived to find their home beautifully decorated for Christmas, a lovely bedroom which was spacious and luxurious ( the ensuite wasn't just clean, it was gleaming). The breakfast itself was excellent, served up with a dash o - beautiful home very friendly people, Karen and bob went out of their way to make our stay great. bob even left us into town in his own car. lovely scones cream & jam on arrival, great breakfast. rooms spacious, very clean and luxurious. would challenge anyone to find fault.

The staff at the Hotel were helpful and very proud of the Hotel and we were shown round the Ballroom and it's beautiful views over the countryside.

  I stayed with a group of friends at the above hotel and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal providing a relaxed,warm and stress-free environment. The staff were most helpful and friendly. On both evenings we ate in the restaurant and on both occasions the food was delicious. Checkin was quick and very friendly and efficient although we were later than 6pm. I called ahead to advise we would be late. This was not a problem for them.   Best location of any hostel in derry. Massive communal area. Live Music played till late. Great staff. Laid back atmosphere. Very accomadating. Would say this would be the best hostel in derry without fail. - Helpful, friendly staff. Couldn't do enough to make trip comfortable/fun. Great location, five minute walk (or less) from centre.
