The staff are available but completely unintrusive, in perfect synchronization with the stately impression that the house commands.   One of the most picturesque locations off a Premier Inn I have ever stayed at. Nicely situated with the harbour close by and Caernarfon Castle. Stayed overnight before onward journey to catch a Ferry to Ireland. Arrived late in the evening and the Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is just across the road with a small charge or free parking further up the road. - The reception staff were always friendly and willing to help in any way. The room was spacious, well-appointed, clean and warm. The recommended free car-park is close. The town is only five minutes walk down the quay, and the Record Office for genealogists is about three minutes walk. The attached restaurant serves excellent meals from breakfast to dinner, and the staff there are also excellent, giving great service.

  Had good reports from friends about The Outbuildings and were not disappointed. Good contact prior to arrival so we were able to book in early to change for a business meeting. Made very welcome and offered coffee & cake after our journey. The room was spotless, warm (freezing outside) and very comfortable.
