During our time there we paid for the massages (at an excellent price!!!!) They were brilliant, we would definatley stay again just to have another massage! Although the hotel is quite far from the town there is a tram stop on the door step and also no noise from the centre!

We received a very warm welcom on arrival at this small but beautiful hotel. The hotel room was finely decorated and warm. A particularly nice touch was a stem of red roses and heart shaped chocs that were on the bed when we entered our room - Valentines weekend. the hotel is spotless and we had a lovely breakfast, including a vegitarian option. -

Lovely location in residential area just one street back from promenade and less than 5 minute walk to Pleasure Beach. Owners friendly and very efficient. The location is great,the pleasure beach only a 5 minute walk and away from the noise of the centre. I was very pleasantly surprised on arrival as I wasn't expecting too much! the apartments are pet friendly and are fully equipped, more than the average self catering, nice and clean. The owner and his staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.

First impressions whete great nice clean lobby and staff where very helpful letting us store our luggage and carrying it up the stairs for us. Room was excellent. Very clean and beds where super comfy. Towels and tea an coffee where provided along with shower gel and handwas. Only bad thing was the bathroom had a really funny smell sometimes like the drains where blocked. Room was spaceous for 3 girls. Definatly stay again
