The park inn is modern and very well done I.e décor and layout,
being a smoker I liked the section of outdoors within the building
which is a great idea saving you from standing out the front. Its in
a good position for shopping etc. breakfast was inc and was of fair
to good quality, however some items did lack flavour. All staff were
very polite.

Was a bit wary given the bad reviews, but this was a fantastic experience. Lovely old castle with modern facilities, friendly staff, peaceful location with large grounds, huge beds, superb breakfast, and the gym and pool facilities were top class. Reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were visiting as daughters had a competition for which they had to arrive at 8am. As breakfast didn't start until 8 the receptionist ensured there were 2 takeaway breakfasts available so my daughters were still able to eat before their competition. The room was pure luxury. The bath, double shower and all extras ie massage oil, bath oil, candles made for a very relaxing evening. Breakfast was perfect, very filling and the staff met our every needs.
We would definitely stay again. A special treat for a special occasion.

Reception staff were very helpful and lovely, easy to get on with. Room was beautiful, very nice decor. Bathroom was spotless, facilities in room were superb! Bed was a good size with comfortable bedding, television was perfect location. Lighting was optional! Fast free wifi service was a boost. Hotel as a whole was absolutely stunning. Overall excellent service and stay! Will defs be staying again.

have travelled lots and this is the most efficient, speedy and stress free check in and check out I have experienced.
