Location and the pillows. The breakfast was just OK, but the view from the bar where breakfast was served was excellent. The place. Poor lighting in the bedroom, both the shower and the toilet leaked, no desk chair and it had the general sense that it was falling apart. A reception whith almost nobody speaking English.!!! First hotel in the world the ask me to pay on the arrival even though the had my credit card number!!! Very poor breakfast . no reason to stay at envoy. Several other hotels at the same excellent area.
