I stayed for a few days and I had a great time. The flat was clean and spacious. It is centrally located and close to restaurants and nightclubs. The neighborhood is safe and I had no problems walking at night. And, the price was right. I would definitely stay here again. It is very close to trains and you an even get there with directly with high speed train from the Izmir aiport. The landlord, a lady, was so helpfull. We did not need any guide because she gave us a detail tour advise. She was.
kaikki arvostelut » That is the best place I have lived in Turkey. It was an temporary plan to stay in Izmir, and the owner stayed up late until we arrived at 10 pm. Also she gave us many useful advice on the food, transportation, sites and so on. To make our journey more convenient, we were given some notes written in Turkish, and they helped a lot. Moreover, the rooms are also excellent, clean room with good facilities. This is more like a home for us rather than a hotel. I would like to say thank you very much,. The apartment manager was very kind and nice. Her English is exellent and that helped a lot communicating. The apartment is located just a 10 minute walk from the Basmane metro station and it was easy to find it if you have a map. A 20 min walk to the sea and embankment. The rooms were clean and spacious, the were all facilities you need: a kettle, a microwave oven, all the tableware. There's a huge air conditioner and it kept all our three rooms cool :-). Lovely self contained accommodation. Stayed just the one night with my daughter and four grandchildren (two babies). Staff we met on arrival and on departure-very helpful. Some difficulty in finding the place but that's no too unusual in Turkish cities I have found! In fact the owner/manager (?) came and picked us up when we'd got hopelessly lost. Lovely place. The ladies runnung these spacious and very clean appartments are very helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend these appartments for your stay in Izmir, either with your family, friends or alone. It is located really near to the fair. Its a very nice place to stay in Izmir, close to City center and within walking distance to metro and Izban. It was nicely decorated, very clean, beds were comfortable And last but not least the owner was more than helpful. Perfect service! The owner was so sweet and the rooms were absolutely perfect. There is a living room with a dining table, tv with dvd player (where you can put your usb in!) and a good AC. In one word: superbe!. The lady, who owns the place was extremely fiendly and nice. The apartment is superb and very clean. You have everything you need even for a long stay. Highly recommended. The landlady was very helpful and friendly. At a couple of kms from the heart of the city. There's no balcony, so smokers can only open a window and smoke. The only thing was that the kitchen is not very well equiped. Only one cooking pan and an electrical stove. Nothing that I can think of. Nothing. There was a construction (as of May 2013) on the same street next door, therefore it was loud early in the morning - however isolation is good enough to minimize the noise. Parking is a bit problem, as roads are very narrow, and its quite difficult to find a parking spot. It's located in a very narrow and dusty street, in a mid-class district. In my opinion it was overpriced, regarding the very sober or austere facilities offered.
