I was staying the second time at this hotel. Personnel remembered me, gave me a good room with a good view. Provided a good discount for my son. All I needed they resolved quickly and professionally. I will stay with them if I go to Istanbul again. The location is also an excellent. It is close to every place in Istanbul where you would like to be as toursit or if you want to buy something.
There is nothing that I did not like. Of course as person you need a lot of things and sometime you ask for it. I asked for many things. Staff resolved it quickly and professionally. For example, I wanted my clouth to be ironed. They send it to a next door service but again that was handled professionally. and couple of times I asked to help with internet connection.

The Location of the hotel is super nice. It is meters away from Istiklal Street (heart of shopping & entertainment), plus if you are a first time visitor of Istanbul the Metro (located meters away) makes your life easier. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly.

غرف الفندق باردة جدا على الرغم من إطفاء جهاز التكييف وأغطية فراش النوم غير جيدة أبدا ونحيفة مما يعني أنها شراشف وليست بطانيات كذلك أثناء زيارتنا كان هناك فندق تحت التشييد بجانبه ولذلك فإن الإزعاج لا يقف أبدا على الرغم من أننا على الجهة المقابلة الأخرى ولايوجد قائمة لطلبات الأكل في الغرف حيث أن مطعم الفندق يقوم بالإقفال ولايقدم طلبات للنزلاء
Smooth check in as we got our first room around 12 pm. Friendly staff. Location is right on Taksim square less than 2 minutes walk to the metro station. Elevators worked only if you have a room key which provides a sense of security.
My bathroom had a pluming issue. Room might be little noisy but thats the price you pay for living in Taksim.
The staff in Receptiion, in the restaurant and the cleaning staff wrere friendly and helpful. The food was well presented and the hotel was well presented.
Location in the heart things. Staff were great with every request. Comfortable beds large shower, good size rooms.
Breakfast needs slight improvement , depends which side of hotel your on major construction can make it hard to sleep.

Veri buteful personal
The hotel is locatd very close to Ttaksim Square, central for getting to the various areas of Istanbul we wantd to visit, just around the corner from Istiklal Cad, the vekry popular walkingnstreet. Unfortunately this time it as also very near the police action on the protest. The hotel staff were very accommodating in the situation.

The room was spacious enough, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful.
The internet connection was very bad! I even couldn't open whatsapp on my mobile. They charged the toothbrush that was in the room.

There were riots in Turkey at the time - it wasn't the best place to stay in.
Staff were wonderful it was in a good location if you want high action and a busy bustling city.
It was almost too busy and was easy to loose one another in a crowd. I must say that I felt safe however.
Personell at Hotell very friendly and efficient, service was very good. Breagfast was very good. Internet connection fast. 50m from M station and Taksim Square. We had somebody (beduin) shouting at the corridor Middle of the night. I called the central can y pls ask the person shut up at middle of the night. 3mins later no noise heard. I just heard security to say one word Sir. and after that Silence. :-)
Construction at the next door was building 24/7 (though it didn´t bother us)
I booked this hotel for my cousin and her husband who stayed at this hotel the year before. My cousin really liked the hotel, service and location so decided to book it this year, for a longer stay.
location is perfect just few steps to taxim square, nice staff , value for money , i love turkey i believe i will not hesitate to go there again and again

It has excellent location. Very close to the metro, taxis and steps from istaklal street. in 20 minutes by metro you will be close to the main mosques and the beautiful Bosphorous Strait. Breakfast excellent, and room are very confortable and clean, we can not ask for more. I highly recommend this hotel and of course I will stay there again.

I stayed here many times. The best thing about the hotel is its place; right in the center, next to the Istiklal Square.
The last time I booked for 3 nights, I apparently made a mistake and booked for the wrong dates i.e. one week before my arrival. Although it was non-refundable and I realized my mistake when I actually went to Istanbul, I think they could have given me a call or something and check with me why I did not show-up.. I got no sms, no call, nothing.. I did not like it.
Tried to charge 5 euros for a map of the city which is free elsewhere

Location was perfect!
Excellent location to Taksim Square. Room was clean, comfortable, and of medium size. Wifi was average in the room. Good typical Turkish breakfast. My room was quiet but view faced an ugly open area under construction. Go to Pera Palace hotel nearby for a Turkish bath, though expensive. Can have a female attendant rather than a male.
Poor staff. Breakfast ends a bit earlier than most hotels. Didn't use the pool or have a Turkish bath there so can't comment.
The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to Istitkal Street, which has a lot of commerce and restaurants. Also, the rooms are very good and the breakfast with a lot of variety. Excellent hotel!
The internet in the hotel is not very good, at least we couldn't have a good connection in the Ipad.

Nothing Check out (12:00 afternoon - but truely it was metioned in the booking) and in the other hand the hotel helped us to arrange the drop off to airport and kept our valuble things safely during our tour after check out (special thank to reception staff)
Well the location was excellent. Only one street from Taxim. The room given to us although a trifle bit small was very comfortable and very clean. Staff very friendly and convenient. I didnt like the breakfast but then again not big on breakfasts.
LOCATION! one step and you're at Istiklal street,, alot of taxis,,, resturants shops cafes,, alive,, day and night!
hotel can't control noisey people,, there was a group of noisey ladies next room and when I complained ,the reception didn't even show they cared. they need to change the music at breakfast it's so depressing and People at front desk should smile often,,

the hotel is good and clean and v close to every thing
the hospital located near by 2 hospital and very noisy road so we couldnt sleep as the hotel turn on the heating system and coz that we open the window and we couldnt sleep becouse of the very very very noisy street no free water provided in the room and also there is no escalator to wight the bags as its 4 stars hotel must provide this simple shings

The staff was really nice to us. The breakfast is really good. The location is amazing, just in taksim square, near the Marmara hotel (one minute walk) and really near to istiklal street (1 min walk), a really entertaining place. Istanbul is a wonderful city, I would like to recommend this hotel to everybody. + all the taxis are just outside the hotel and in the rooms, the windows are well made, we don't hear the noise from outside.
