The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly at this hotel, really nice people who we were sad to say goodbye at the end of our business trip. I even locked myself out of my suitcase, they helped me break in to it and even got a new zip fitted for me - which turned out to be on the house! Eager to please and full of local information regarding tourist sites and transportation, we thought the staff were absolute stars! Breakfast was average, usually a cold buffet with some warm stuff if you got.
kaikki arvostelut » It is a small hotel and it has a very friendly atmosphere so you might feel like at home,the rooms are cleaned each day and there is Buffet-Breakfast until 11:00 in the morning,they have a small terrace also which is a bit windy but very relaxing,we were getting there at the nights and they supply all the necessarry equipments for you and you can make your tea or coffee 24 hours,it’s free of charge and Wı-Fı is the same also.Finally,It’s better to be ready for the atmosphere of your house,that’. English Speaking Staff, who helped/ advised us for our trips in Istanbul, 'Chic' styled large rooms which were Clean, Great Breakfast with large selection and specially prepared eggs for us, comfy beds good location could not ask anything more - 2 min walk to istiklal Ave and 5 min walk to Taksim square. Location 5 min walk to Havatas Bus station which we took from S.Gokcen airport to taxsim. (Do not take TAXI's in istanbul!) Overall will stay again! Thanks all at Ayutana. Great hotel. Extremely comfortable with really helpful and friendly staff. Your a stones throw away from Taksim square as well as the huge shopping street. Do yourself a favor and get lost in some of the winding back streets, amazing cafés and hidden shops to find. We only stayed for night as we were flying the next day but could of definitely stayed longer! You won't regret your stay here :). Aytuna Hotel is a very nice place. Ascan and his staff made me feel very welcome and they go the extra mile to help you. The room was very nice with a comfortable queen size bed and four pillows! The hotel is very close to Taksim Square and and Istiklal street. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Istanbul. The location close to Taksim square is very nice. From there you can reach by metro or on foot as I did it to most of Istanbul historical monuments. Ideal also for shopping. The staff at the reception was really very nice and helful. The room was clean and more than big enough. The hotel was very nice; the staff was very friendly; the location of the hotel is superb. It's very close to istiklal street and taksim area (3 min walk) and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely go there again when I go back to turkey. Great location.. Staff was very helpfull and gentle.. Standard double room is big.. Everything was perfect for us.. It is close to the street but windows are double glazed so it is not that noisy as they say.. Great value for the price we paid.. Received a detailed guide on how to get there from the hotel after booking, offered a drink on arrival, shown 2 rooms and given a choice which one to have. Very kind and helpfull personnelle. breakfast. nothing. The hotel bathrooms (bedroom ensuites) were very small, so small that your knees touched the wall when using the toilet. The shower cubicles leaked across the bathroom floor when in use and had a fair bit of black mold inside, this made it smell very musty all the time in there. Also a very noisy location (busy roads/loud people outside/bars etc.) but that's not the hotel's fault, just part of the experience of Istanbul!. The area might be a bit loudy for the families,it looks like a better choice for the young couples. Small Bathroom could do with refurb, however this I was told was in the process but this was not a put off. None. I loved the hotel. The noise from the street. But this goes for all the hotels in the area. It is the area for shopping and going out. Earplugs are a must. Bathroom is little small but not a big problem.. Hotel sign is very small and easy to miss when walking past (especially in the dark) so note the exact address when searching for it. Very noisy area but I was offered earplugs. Noisy night, because the street in front of the hotel is very busy. Noisy street under the windows Breakfast served too late (we would prefer start at 8.00 or earlier). Nothing much, all was fine. Fair amount of noise from the road- would recommend if you're expecting to be out late, otherwise make use of the complementary ear plugs. Noise from outside. Nothing. Mattresses are over-used. Noise coming from the avenue behind the hotel. Toilets could be upgraded. Very bad neighborhood. noisiness of the street - almost sleepless weekend. breakfast, not clean room.
