This was a place full of surprises :) In a good sense! First of all the host was extremely friendly and helpful. He tried to find answers to all our questions, even the tough ones. And the room was very well decorated, plus all interiors looked fresh. Even all carpets on the floors were handmade. So you can see that he really cares about his guests. Fethiye itself is not a very beautiful place, but it has good energy. And from there, using it as a base, you can make many daytrips to several be.

And the price is very cheap and reasonable. It has good air-condition and hot water! It is the most best guesthouse i have ever stayed. I will go back to the same guest house for sure if i go to Fethiye again!!!. The staff was very professional. The breakfast was excellent. The owner Ertugrul was friendly and happy to help traveling plans. I would definitely recommend to all. The bathroom was shared, however we shared it with just one room that means 2 people, whom we did not see. The staff members were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very nice, and the one time I ate dinner in the restaurant it was quite good. The room had a/c and a satellite flat screen tv, and it was comfortable. There was ample hot water. Fantastic place, the owners are so helpful and very kind. They provided a lot of information, gave us a small gift, also let us try lots of lovely foods, clean linen each day, and went out of their way to make sure we were always okay!. Conveniently located right opposite to the sunday market and very close to the beach. Very very friendly staff and Ertugrul is always willing to help. And Carlos the Alaska is absolutely adorable!!!. The staff was great, they dropped us off at the bus terminal when we were leaving. The food was great at their cafe and a good value. The rooms looked more like a nice hotel than a guest house. Clean, friendly and helpful hosts who were happy to organise a lot. attached restaraunt with good and cheap food, nearby grocery store. nice people,great restaurant and hotel. My husband and I are in our mid 40s and stayed at the Roka Guesthouse for 1 week in February. The room was situated on the first floor at the front of the guesthouse overlooking the road with window seats and french doors (narrow balcony) but recessed sitting area. The room was spacious, light and very clean. The bed linen was immaculate. Our stay was made complete by our host who runs the restaurant, Hussain & his wife, Yashim. Hussain was very helpful and kind during our stay an. It is not so close to the centre but there is a minibus which goes to the the centre outside the guest house. The bus takes about 10-15 minutes. But its quite convenient indeed. The location is not good for a person without a car. The dolmus buses pass every 20-30 minutes outside to get to town, but it's very confusing trying to return. There are too many dolmus buses and too many places they stop or don't stop in Fethiye! I walked to the beach one day from the hotel, and it took a good 30 minutes each way. Can be a bit warm at night and there are some mosquitoes. The attic room was very nice, but tall people should be careful. The ceilings are low in some places. we had the attic room and that was fun and big but not much space to walk around as you always have to duck. 15min public transport ride from city centre, not really close to anything besides that- 15 min walk to beach.The bathroom was very small but the shower cubicle was spacious. Please note, this is a guesthouse not a hotel. Your towels and bedding are not changed every day but if you need any clean linen etc Hussain and the staff are very obliging. Not a large choice of channels for the non Turkish speaking residents but an english film channel.
