The staff were extremely helpful. I had to leave very early and check in very late and they made an exception for me very kindly. The hotel was very cheap but at the same time comfortable. The taxis that I took from the hotel were also much cheaper than the taxis normally are in diyarbakır (they usually over-charge because they do not use a taxi meter). Aziz is one of the most interesting people I met in my life. He's the best staff in Birkent hotel. The Hotel is cheap, clean and near to Sightseeing'S. My Room was big. For Family's they have even bigger rooms. The Staff in Birkent hotel is very friendly, they help always if you need something.
