  We loved our pool villa suite it was absolutely amazing with awesome views. We were double booked, the staff were very friendly and gave us a free upgrade!   Nice little place that is about 25 min away from the main tourist area. The A/C is a lifesaver. The rooms are quite small but provide enough room for what you need. The guy who runs the place and the staff are really cool people.   The owners (Lise and her husband) were absolutely wonderful. They were accommodating, kind and called all the guests by their first names. The food was good, the beach was beautiful and quiet (with a very low tide in the morning, which made for great walks out in the sea). Also, there is complimentary pick up and drop off at the pier, which was a great plus! There is a shower you can us - This hotel was absolutely perfect. The bungalows are very clean, quite big and beautiful, surrounded by flowers and 50 meters from the beach. The Heaven bar is right on the beach, great for a sunset drink and beyond. The owner is lovely, friendly and really caring about the clients that stay in her hotel. The food is delicious and you can get a lot of different meals for cheap prices. All in all, perfect value hotel, well located and a quiet beach, with an excellent and competent staff.

  Myself and four other friends travelled to thailand for 2 weeks. We stayed at 4 different hotels throughout the country and we all agreed Tharathip was the best. - very friendly staff, nice swimming pools, clean and comfortable rooms. only 5 min by taxi to the center would stay there again!

  Staff are friendly and super helpful! My friend and I stayed here for just one night before the Full Moon Party and the hotel offer a taxi service (350Baht return pp) to get there. Took about 20 mins and they always have someone waiting for anyone wanting to return (I though this was a great idea so you dont have to wait around if your wanting to ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » leave) The hotel is located right next to the beach so ideal for relaxing. plenty of restaurants and bars on the beach - The surrounding area was fabulous, perfect for couples as you literally did not have to move from the resort with a supermarket,beach,restaurants and bars. Staff were brilliantly helpful and they picked us up from the pier for 120bht per person. Would definitely stay again, it was clean and romantic, but if your wanting to venture off around the island definitely rent a motorbike !

  Nice and clean bungalows, nice furniture and atmosphere. They are not so big, but it is completley enough. It has a private beach which is almost empty all the time - so it is perfect if you want to run from the noise of the Had Rin and have a relaxed time. Location is on the one hand good, because it has its own beach, you could not hear the noise from - Very beautiful and relaxing place. We loved the view and liked the simple but stylish bungalows. The owners and staff were polite and helpful without being too pushy. Good food. (They even had home made jam at breakfast.) We appreciated the way the owners take care of the resort and try to make it better and better (for example the garden). Thongsala was so near that we could easily walk there once or even twice a day. The resort was quiet at nights.
