  Very good location. We were little sceptic because of the reviews but is was really not that bad at all! Rooms with fan and aircon. It's possible to get a locker behund de bar for all your personal belongings. Every night there are fireshows at the beach. It's hard to get some sleep before 3/4 am without earplugs.   The lady at the front desk was helpful. The room was clean. - Phi-Phi island itself is fantastic and with no roads its very easy to navigate your way around so getting to and from the hotel is very easy. The rooms were clean and air-conditioned.
