Our studio (rather than a room) was cozy and clean with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The staff was friendly but nothing special. We enjoyed our stay at Centre Point Chid

  It was luxurious. I could watch t.v from the shower and listen to it at the same time. This hotel was closer to the suvarnabhumi airport as well, making it an affordable taxi ride to the airport. The area seems very residential, with gates and security blocking the entrance.   I have a home in Thailand, and I often pass through Bangkok going to/from North When I stay on the Sukhumvit side of town, I often stay at the President Palace, which is very central and only 1/2 a block off of Sukhumvit Road. The rooms are new, fresh, great - The rooms were excellent with kitchenette, washing machine and great decor, two televisions one in sitting area and one in bedroom. I arrived for an early check in after a night flight and the reception staff were accomadting and made a special effort to get me a room with a balconey ( as requested) a soon as possible. Duly got the room after 30 minutes . Great location for entertainment and restaurants. Secuirty good. Seven eleven store just over the road for food and drinks.

  The owner is very nice. Location is perfect. Actually, everything is good. But no wifi in the room, just lobby. But room 211 is perfect. Big bed, no noise, with wifi. - The clerk was friendly. Room was clean.
