Hotel location close to Bus Terminus if travel on bus to other places like Khao Lak. Staff friendly, but not very to helpful. 24h reception. not much. Staff even on morning shift can't speak English well. I just wanted a hotel for a night stay to switch from a late plane to an early bus. It turned out my room had broken AC, so I had to move to another at 2AM. While bed looked clean, carpets and furniture were very dirty. I ordered a taxi at 8 to take me to the bus station, but it turned out to be 8:30 because staff forgot to call one for me.
