  The fact that as a returning guest I was upgraded to Executive floor in the Ocean Wing and that hotel had retained all my details from previous visit 3-4 months ago.I plan to return - Everything at this hotel was great. We had a fantastic holiday. Thestaff there is extremely nice and helpful and the pool team is the bestI've ever met.

Location was good for us, on a quiet road, away from all the noise and hectic life of the city.   Absolutely outstanding in all aspects of luxuries rooms, beautiful and very functioning facilities, delicious food as well as fine and friendly service! We enjoyed the decorations of the suite and the very comfi bed!! Nice shower with good water pressure and easy to control water temperature. We also enjoyed the spa treatment and it - Great Boutique Hotel with superb suites and outstanding service. We occupied a junior suite which is their smallest "room" with about 60spm for a price of regular room in any luxury hotel! Fantastic value for money and one of the best boutiques we ever stayed!   close to BigC and you can get to the beach in 10 minutes.the room is thai style and have a big garden with a lot of plants when you open the door.the staff is wonderful too - Mix of styles. Friendly staff. Clean!!! Probably the cleanest bathroom and linen I've had in Pattaya. Would stay again!
