so clean,you even could take off your slippers at hotel door. the included breakfast is also good. cheap price, quiet area (far from nighlife). Price is very good, rooms are very nice and clean. a little far from the patong mainstreet,but i think it's not hard for youth. trash containers just opposite the entrance, faaaaaar away from downtown and the beach (20 mins by walk).
