  Loved everthing about Grand diamond. From the time we arriived at reception and the door boy. Breakfast was good, so much food. Service was excellent. Staff was attendtive and happy. The location was perfect for our stop over. Shopping mall was right next door. Siam and mbk was a walk away. The suite was equiped with microwave and fridge. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.

  We booked a suite for our family of four and were entitled to use the premium lounge. Service staff were excellent, always attentive, helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was a wide selection which helped given we had two picky toddlers.
