  Staff were the best we experienced at 6 hotels during our holiday! Friendly, helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. The most comfortable bed I think I've ever slept in too, I took a photo of the brand in an attempt to find one like it back home.   I like that the location is on Sukhumvit 55 (main road). It's safer. There's a plaza right infront with a supermarket, 24 hrs Burger King, Starbucks and few restaurants.   The facilites are fantastic in the main building, however if you have a room in the corner wing you need to be aware that there is no gym or swimming pool - although it only takes 5 minutes to get from one to the other this can be very inconvinient as it involves going outside... not great if you're in your boardies. The breakfast is good for the price.
