  Arrived late at night around 11pm and reception was there with a smiling face to greet us. Room is basic, but very comfortable, has everything you need. Cleaned daily, 2 free waters a day, free use of pool across the street, and 10 min walk to Kara Beach. We didn't rent a scooter but they are available. The staff is not professional - this is a small family owned place --- but they try hard and will do what they can to take care of you. Have stayed there on multiple occasions and look forward to going back.

  1. Place. Kata Beach is 10-minutes walking (with small children) far away the hotel. Kata Noi Beach is better, but further - we get it only by bike for 5 minutes. Restaurants, mini-shops, massage are near the hotel. 2. Staff is very friendly. We lived in room and in bungalow. Bungalow is enough comfortable, but we are not choosy. Breakfast is standard fo - It was very cozy, with nice grounds and neat rooms. The beach is pretty close, as are quite a few restaurants for those who want to try something new. The staff were extremely helpful, though not all spoke very good English. Both the common area and the rooms are kept clean and tidy. Wi-fi is free and works without a hitch.

  The hotel was very much to our liking. The staff was wonderfull andfriendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home and at ease.We even went back at the end of our vacation to stay for another 3 days.So in all we stayed and aprreciated their hospitallity for 5 days.   Our room was fantastic, (room 1101) It had a huge bed and massive sliding doors that pretty much lead you straight onto the pool, which was lovely, clean, water was warm and there was a shallow part to just sit in! Was really impressed with the bathroom, best we've had in the whole of Thailand, really modern.
