  The room was clean and the room size was good with all necessary amenities and with a nice view from the balcony to the garden and the swimming pools. They have a swimming pool for small children which is perfect. Towels for the pool and beach are free. The kids club was very good for our one year old daughter. They have free shuttle buses to the city and beach of Patong and tuk tuk to the - The staff were absolutely friendly and were willing to go the extra mile! Even after we checked out and went to the beach the hotel let us take a shower afterwards and provided us with clean towels.   Very friendly staff... my 7 year old daughter got sick and the bell boy drove our hire car for us to the hospital and waited with us... I could not fault their help or service at all. The hotel had great facilities, the breakfasts had so much food to choose from! The hotel was right next door to a chemist and minimart and very close walking dist... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ance to markets and restaurants etc... right across the road from the beach, absolutely perfect location. Would definitely go back again. - I Liked the price and the room , bed was a bit hard but that is a personal preference . Second time to stay there and would definiately stay there again. Beach across the road , away from the noisy light life. Lots of food places , small mini mart and massage places off to your left , tourist shopping off to your right . Value for money.
