  The resort is remote enough to be very calm and quiet. The staff is very friendly, and always ready to help. A lot of activities are available in the resort (canoe, swimming pool, ...) and outside, especially through organised tours. - Excellent hotel with friendly staff and very high standards of customer service.   The annex rooms are brand new and spotless though a little spartan. The balcony provides a view over the rooftops to the distant hills (4th floor). Next to the night market with its good selection of restaurants. A ten minute stroll to the beach. Mini buses to Victory Monument (for the BTS) in Bangkok and elsewhere leave from next door ( 180 baht,... mitä ihmiset sanovat » 2 & 1/2 hours). - The manager was excellent at this hotel. He was friendly and helpful. He couldn't do enough for us. Our room was spacious. The bed was very wide and comfortable. Air conditioning was good. Great view from our balcony on the seventh floor. Large TV with lots of channels to choose from. We didn't book breakfast so can't comment on food.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged for taxi's and anything else we wanted, super great!! - Pool area was great and staff were very helpful and friendly. Wonderful place just to relax.

  I stayed in Napalai for the third time. I felt welcome, comfortable and at home. The staff is very kind and polite and was always willing to help in anything. - I like the friendy ambiance specially of this top-class resort.
