-The staff were very service minded. -English was very well spoken -Perfect situated ,in the center of Chiang Rai, close to the night market and the walking street Saturday . -The breakfast was good, the coffee excellent . -a modern design hotel -The rooms had a very good outline and designe. -All in all a very good ,small hotel. We will ,if we have to go to Chiang Rai again ,stay at Le Patta .

Free transfert to airtport and free bicycle to visit the city ! An excelelnt choice for Chiang rai were it is difficult to find such good price/ quality ratio. This hotel is amazing! The staff are very professional and helpful- the nicest staff we have met so far on our travels around Asia. The facilities are excellent and the location is very good-close to everything and quiet for sleeping. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Cannot say enough about how great this place is!. What a great find! The location is superb, very close to the walking street. The hotel is new and clean and seems very secure. Breakfast was very nice. The staff were so friendly, probably the most politeand friendly staff we experienced in Thailand. The front desk ladies all spoke English very well. The hotel is new, it opened only 2 months ago. The management and staff are very vigilant with every detail and are extremely polite. The hotel and rooms are clean and very functional. The restaurant and room service are excellent. And the location is great. And so quiet!!. We liked Just about everything about this hotel. Location is good to visit the city but the area is not nice (general issue at Chiang Rai). Nevertheless close from night market and good location to start visits. Brekfast is correct for the price but the breakfast room is less attractive than the rest of the hotel which is very good without being a palace :-) (which is not the objective for such price). We both like to exercise so having a fitness center is something we look for in a hotel. The hotel has a fitness room with a treadmill, bike, exercise all and a mat. It would have been nice to have a few free weights. The beds were very hard, but we learned to expect that in Thailand. Language was a bit of a problem in the breakfast room, but considering they just opened, I am sure that will improve. nothing. there was nothing we didn't like. waitress was not good in english. i heard she was unable to understand the types of coffee the lady next to my table ordered at breakfast. food at breakfast was also limited variety. Pool is quite cold, would have been better in a position where it got sun most of the day, but not a real problem. water temp not stable. The bath has a design problem that lead to water flooding the floor. This could easily be fixed and this is a minor issue.
