The location is great, just outside the centre of chiang mai, really cosy, u can have breakfast outside in the garden, they have amaca where u can relax too! and a special comment to Koe the manager of the guest house, she is absolutely amazing, she was so helpfull, trying to organise tickets and excursion for us, giving us tips, suggesting trips, and bringing us everywhere in the city! ah plus she has a thai massage centre...AMAZING!!!! try it. kaikki arvostelut »
Very welcoming hosts, willing to help you with anything you might need. Rooms are just what you expect for the price. Just fine for a good nights rest to head out in the morning. Would definitely stay there again!.
All the staff and particularly the owner, were extremely helpful. Location was quiet but close enough to walk into the main area of the town. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and friendly guesthouse! Very cheap, but basic. Quite close to the old town and also only takes 10 minutes to walk to the night market!

Well located! Staff helped as much as they could. We could rent a scooter for 200B, which was great. The general atmosphere was also very relaxing.

We expected it will be guiet accommodation, but since 4 in the morning chicken and cocks start singing, neighbours turn on TV, talk loudly and motorcycles are constantly passing by making noise.. So good rest in the night is not guaranteed.. Also, there is a notification on the doors that for each piece of towel, sheet, cover that you make dirty you have to pay a fee, which is really weird, how are you supposed to use towels and linen without making it at least a bit dirty?.
Room a little bit small for 2 persons, but we weren't in the room much, so no big problem.
Toilet and shower in the same place but this seems standard in several places.
Not the fault of the guesthouse, but there were some crazy guests having a screaming argument in the middle of the night and slamming doors, etc. Would have been nice if someone asked them to shut up.

The isolation in the room wasn't good, no way to ceil ourselves properly from the exterior.

The staff didn't speak English very well, which was sometimes very complicated.
