Very nice hotel. We loved it. The staff were excellent, the rooms had enough space and were so clean, the beds comfy, and the breakfast more than enough. Located in a beautiful and quiet alley but hard to find for the drivers (and for us upon arrival). We always asked them to drop us off on the main street which was only 2-3 minutes walk. Very sweet little hotel in the quite back streets of Chiang Mai. A great location to really feel the tranquility of the city, while still being only a short walk to great restaurants and bars. The staff were very polite and kept the hotel very clean.

Friendly atmosphere and in a nice quiet end of town, but still within the old city walls, 10 minute walk to the busier part of town and markets etc. Some nice restaurants and coffee shop close by. exceptionally friendly and efficient staff high speed internet cleanliness fresh fruit in the afternoon and thoughtfully prepared breakfast. Nice staff, clean and modern, "brand new", very good price- quality, very helpfull with late check-out, nice breakfast and super quiet. The hotel looked really nice and was very clean. The peace & quiet; friendly staff; the newness of the hotel; the little garden entrance. I liked the location in the south western corner of the old city near the park and wat Pra Sing and some good eateries. It's a quiet and peaceful area but a short walk to the moat or temples. Breakfast room is pleasant and breakfast nice with good service. Very clean & good design. The sink in the shower wasn't working so well. But other than that it's almost perfect. Down a single track road a little off the main roads, so may struggle with some excursion pick ups, allthough that said we had absolutely no problems in this respect. cash only, i would have extended my stay several nights if visa credit card were accepted noise from other guests in the middle of the night. Dificult to get there because "hidden" in very narrow streets in "living area". If you don't like walking it might be a bit far from the night market or the central gate. Though we did not mind the walk. Also no elevator. I had problem with the toilet in my room. But the staff change my room immediately The location is generally central, but a little bit hard to find the hotel. Trying to find it in a taxi in those narrow streets. The polished concrete isn't done too well and is a bit cold and relentless. The bathrooms look especially grubby with wet concrete. Furnishings a bit cheap. Didn't like being given the key to someone else's room on check in either. The location.
