  The best service and most well informed staff. The spa, beach, pool bar were all great. We had dinner at Tree Tops, which was a great meal and the best view from our table. Highlight of every day was the fantastic breakfast at Ocean Kiss. - Staff where very friendly and helpfull.   Amazing views from the beachside pool villa (well worth the extra cost)! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly (in particular, Theresa at reception and the young lady who greeted us at breakfast each morning).   Beauitful hotel, rooms large and spacious, food was great. Hotel is located up a very steep hill but there is buggy carts to take you to reception and lifts to rooms.   We have booked the Royal Suite with garden view and were absolutely happy with our choice! Big private balcony with hot tube and table with chairs, bathroom with another hot tube and nice, big bedroom with comfortable bed. Restaurant Muang Samui highly recom - I liked everything, it is a laid-back 5-star resort experience. It's a quiet location on a very busy street so it's easy to find decent restaurants, bars, clubs, and shopping right outside the resort door.
