The fact that as a returning guest I was upgraded to Executive floor in the Ocean Wing and that hotel had retained all my details from previous visit 3-4 months ago.I plan to return - Everything at this hotel was great. The hotel had excellent facilities were extremely clean and very luxurious! Only negative thing I could say is location. Couldn't walk to beach as got lost until you find your bearings and staying only 3 nights isn't long enough. As for resort itself would never return Thailand has such better places to visit -

Staff is friendly and room is clean. Location is good, which is near to Tiffany show. Quiet too, which allows a good rest. Tuk-tuk can be easily seen on the beach road, heading towards walking street. Money exchange & 7-11 is just around the corner. Safe box and other facilities work well. A short 5mins walk to the beach. They have additional 2 pool towels in each room which is lovely. Breakfast is simple, but good enough (their fruits are fresh & juicy).
