Поверьт - The welcoming was absolutely grateful! They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed). The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style. Staff were so professional and showed support all time.   Everything! We loved our stay at Hotel Silvana and wish we would have stayed longer. The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking and the hotel staff and food was wonderful. - Beautiful location, conveniant for walking & skiing. Very friendly and accommodating owners/staff. Nice dining resteraunt and bright seperate breakfast room.

Rooms are spaceous and nicely decorated. Sauna was very complete for a hotel sauna. Massage should be pre booked in winter but are very good and can be recommended.   A perfect Location, very calm and still not more then 5 minutes from the center, All was great the Hotel, the Staff, the Pool and welness facility, we will go back for sure.... Only Hotel Sonne in Zermatt - Excellent service, nice rooms, very generous spa area- everything was just perfect.
