  The staff, esecially Bea (front desk), Zora (front desk), Dragana(lounge) & Willy (Piano player). These individuals were exceptional, with superb people skills. My room was on the top floor and I had an excellent view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is in close proximity to the downtown area and places of interest. The train station is close but nevert - We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed this aspect. We made full use of the kitchen facility since we were a couple with 6 (hungry!)college age kids. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen. The most amazing aspect of the apartment is that from the balcony, we had a full view of the Matterhorn. Hiking and skiing were amazing. We can

  Everything! This is one of the best places my husband and I have ever stayed (and we've traveled extensively)!! From the moment of pick up at the train station, the staff, the hotel atmosphere and accommodations, the spa/pool area, location to main attractions and the restaurant were outstanding.   A special word of thanks to Raymond and Gerald - the reception staff at the Hotel Alpenhof Superior. As the first room we checked into did not have a view of the Matterhorn, with Raymond and Gerald's assistance, our room was changed for the second evening of our stay, which had an incredible view of the Matterhorn!   I've been to quite a few hotels around the world and found Hotel Schweizerhof to be exceptional above the rest. I have never ever been treated so friendly at a hotel and felt like they actually meant it. The food was also excellent. So Excellent service, delicious food, and very friendly cosy atmosphere.
