They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed). The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style. Staff were so professional and showed support all time.   It was an amazing experience!! The service was spectacular!! Very welcoming, yet still very discreet! The hotel is very well decorate, plus have technologies also.   We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The frontstaff as well as breakfast staff were very service minded and helpful. We had a fantastic big room with nice view. The breakfast buffe' was super with all different gourmet to choose between.
