  They were full so upgraded us to Beau Rivage, and put us up in a suite.Had a magnificent stay. We were also able to take a tour of the Angleterre which had lovely rooms as well. - Very clean and spacious room, great location right nex to the lake.

The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond.   Modern hotel 2 blocks from lake and all the 5 star hotels but not at a 5 star price. Every member of the staff was nice and helpful. Very convenient to bus (tours) and great restaurants. My last day I asked if they had bottled water to take, they did not but offered to run to the store for me. Highly recommend. - Almost everything! The room was nice, the food was great, the staff were very helpful in every aspect.
