  Staff were friendly and efficient. Emjoyed the harpist at breakfast and pianist in the bar. Information was good. location excellent. The complimentary public transport ticket was great too. even the weather was great. - every thing very nice

  The Receptionist was very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. Seafood was fantastic. Breakfast was included in the price - this is not the case in most hotels in Montreaux and this influenced our choice of location and hotel. - The staff there are very friendly and always ready to help!
