  Surprising to have Indian restaurant within the hotel which was delicious. Fits perfectly into everyone's budget which makes accomodation in swiss affordable. Nearby, Hotel Sonne looks good but lacks the feel. Bad restaurant and high price for rooms. - Perfect location at the entrance of the town. The market is 2 mins walk.   Loved the staff and the location, also the configuration of our family room was great, one room upstairs in a loft and one room downstairs. The breakfast was lovely and included.   When I'm visiting st Gallen I always try to stay in Einstein. It's definitely the best hotel in town in terms of location, quality and services. A bit more pricey, but it is worth it. Free spa and gym, free high speed wifi - Upgrade to junior suite, although hotel was under renovation for regular rooms. Breakfast was superb!
