  Everything was great! Service is perfect. Spa zone is wonderfull. Staff is very welcome. Be ready that you should put on the jacket for a dinner. We enjoyed our stay a lot. - Beautiful setting, lovely rooms, excellent staff and great facilities. Will definitely revisit.

  I went there with my elderly mother for some relaxation and some walking. My parents had come he for many years, for me it was the first time. I loved every minute of our stay. The room was small but comfortable, the bathroom modern and clean. The staff were nice, friendly, helpful and efficient.   This hotel is located in Pontresina, but still this place is really good to start hiking/skiing (there are many course from Pontresina), it is really convenient for us since the purpose of visit was to go hiking, and eventually we got better price than centre of St.Moritz! The room was really clean and modern, but what was most amazing for us is free usa - The hotel was bright, modern, spotlessly clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the free to guests community centre pool and spa were wonderful. Pontresina is very central to the Engadine hiking areas and more affordable than St. Moritz. The free summer lift pass for the mountains was a welcome and unexpected bonus.
