  We loved everything about the hotel. The facilities were wonderful and the food was delicious. We absolutely loved the different types of sauna and the heated outdoor pool. - Fantastic location and mountain views, beautiful hotel, great spa area. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful.   Excellent value for money for a single occupancy room. A good example of true Swiss hospitality: relaxed atmosphere, simple but well kept, cozy and clean. Friendly and smiling staff expecially at front desk. The small but comfortable wellness area a nice plus. The sauna could have been hotter. - Hotel room was very clean and comfortable.   The homely feel that the hotel had, lovely big dog that was beside the reception occasionaly and the big fire in the restaurant at dinner time. The staff were great, friendly people, very warm and welcoming.   The hotel was excellent and exceeded my expectations of a three star hotel. The staff were not only professional but also welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet was top class and the evening meal delicious. Good location for ski bus and gondola.
