Excellent location to both the lift from Le Chable and the train station. We had a nice room + bathroom. Absolutely no street noise at all, like some other reviewers reported. The family running the hotel were all really nice and going the extra mile! We had a very good experience and when the time arrives we'd love to repeat it.
Staff; Hotel suited our needs.
There is no elevator. The stairs are spacious though so it was really not a problem for us. Breakfast was reasonable with croissants, bread, hot chocolate/café, a fruit mand. There were however only packed confitures and chocos, and no cheese or ham available. That would have been nicer still, especially because it's Switzerland. These are both quite small issues.
