  Staff were friendly and efficient. Emjoyed the harpist at breakfast and pianist in the bar. Information was good. location excellent. The complimentary public transport ticket was great too. even the weather was great. - every thing very nice

  Modern hotel 2 blocks from lake and all the 5 star hotels but not at a 5 star price. Every member of the staff was nice and helpful. Very convenient to bus (tours) and great restaurants. My last day I asked if they had bottled water to take, they did not but offered to run to the store for me. Highly recommend. - Almost everything! The room was nice, the food was great, the staff were very helpful in every aspect.   the staff was very helpful with any question I had.I needed help navigating the train system. The front dek clerk walk me threw the ins & outs.Until he was sure I would be fine traveling from point A to to point B the room was very comfortable really clean. This is a old building and a small building but it has Wi-Fi and room service. The hotel room was well lit, spacious with modest, clean design. The staff upgraded our room as a courtesy as a better room was available upon our arrival. The location was perfect, very central, situated next to several tram lines, but in an area I prefer to most other comparable hotels. The Tiffany will be my go to hotel for business travel in Geneva.
